Lived in Marlborough all my life, always knew of Acorn storage and passed by it many times, but never needed to use a storage unit until recently when I had to move out of state and needed to store my belongings for a few months. I’ve researched many different storage facilities, but decided to go with Acorn because it was the closest to me and had positive reviews. Let me tell you, my experience there has been nothing but positive. Kris, the manger is very friendly, informative, and patient. She goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have and to help you. Their prices are reasonable for the quality they provide. Their facility is climate-controlled and VERY CLEAN. Also, you check in at the front desk when you arrive and when you leave. To me, that makes the storage facility very secure 😊 they know who is in the building the whole time! The owner and manager take good care of the environment there. I recommend this storage facility highly, whether you’re planning long term or short term options!

We needed a storage unit for about 6-7 months. This facility is climate controlled and very clean. I highly recommend Acorn Self Storage for all your needs. People are very helpful and friendly. I recently checked out on a Saturday and received my refund on the following Monday. They are great about sending emails for any late openings or weather delays too.

I have been a customer of Acorn Storage for about 3 years. There are many positive comments to make about this facility. The owners go out of their way to be accommodating, helpful and friendly. Their kindness was very appreciated when I needed help with the lift and the "garage type" doors. The facility itself is so clean, safe, well ventlated and well lit. Anything stored remains in good condition. It's the best storage facility I have used.

Their hours of operation is very limited, they should extend the hours and also open on Sunday, if you have a job and you have to access your belongings you need to leave work early because they close at 6 pm and Saturdays at 5 pm, overall they have a very good service.

We've been very happy storing our stuff here while we prepare for a move.They have 2 size docks and we've needed them both. The units are clean and well maintained.The staff is friendly and very helpful. They also have moving/packing items for sale which has been helpful.I've already recommended Acorn to a few friends and neighbors if they find themselves in need of storage.
